Services: Recruit and coordinate a coalition of funders to
participate in collaborative public-private funding for initiatives that support Age- and Dementia-Friendly planning, infrastructure, training, and capacity-building in communities across Pennsylvania. The coordination of this coalition will include: - Fiscal management and disbursement of public and philanthropic grant money -
Coordinating philanthropic funder requirements with
opportunities for public fund-matching, including the Age- and Dementia-Friendly Grant cycle, heretofore known as “The Grant Cycle” - Supplying one (1) staff person, and funders as applicable, to serve on the Funding Collaborative Advisory Committee - Connecting local/regional funders directly to Age- and Dementia-Friendly community coalitions - Collecting data regarding quantity and impact of all investments made through the Funding Collaborative The Commonwealth will provide reasonable support, communication, information (in accordance with requisite data-sharing agreements), oversight, and technical assistance to the contractor sufficient to ensure satisfactory completion of the work herein.
