The DOH will procure services from a health system to implement required biosurveillance activities as part of the CDC-RFA-CE-23-0002 Overdose Data to Action in States grant. DOH will procure services from a health system to support staff and infrastructure necessary to identify, retrieve, store, package, and ship leftover biological specimens to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Laboratories (BOL). The health system must have provided a letter of support to DOH during the application process for CDC-RFA-CE-23-0002 Overdose Data to Action in States grant.
