The Department is seeking an Offeror to provide technical assistance and consulting services to assist with effective planning, research, development, delivery and monitoring of Medical Assistance (“MA”) and related programs and services. In addition, the selected Offeror will provide professional services to assist in the evaluation, design, and planning of program infrastructure. The work will encompass existing delivery systems as well as future initiatives.
