The Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs (DDAP) requires continuation of advanced Project Management, Computer Systems Analysis, Design and Development services in order to maintain the Survey Agency Information System
(SAIS) and provide enhancements as required. This procurement is a Sole Source Amendment to Extend Contract. This contract is essential to remain in place for the life, health, and safety of citizens who obtain services and/or live in medical facilities across the Commonwealth from facility construction to operation to closure.
