North Hall Envelope Repairs

Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contract. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Work included shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

The proposed project is an exterior envelope repair project. The project scope includes masonry, stone and wood repair, cleaning & painting. The project also includes the demolition of the exposed section of two chimneys.

Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to
