INVITATION TO BID – SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY
SU-2023/4: MCT Computer Room AC Replacement
Shippensburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania invites HVAC Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work consists of the replacement of two (2) indoor floor mounted computer room AC units, including integral humidifiers, hot gas bypass, R410 A refrigerant; the replacement of two (2) outdoor air-cooled condensers; providing low ambient controls (-20 deg F); providing new refrigerant piping; reconnecting to existing ductwork and transition as required; providing units with standalone controls capable of networking with the ALC controls system; providing electric power with new wiring for all new HVAC components. All electrical work will be installed to comply with the 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC).
A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM, EST at Shippensburg University in the Harley Hall Multi-Purpose room which is across from the Reed Operations Center located in Shippensburg, PA 17257. Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is highly recommended
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on January 4, 2024 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
