MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for October 22nd through October 23rd, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Lamont Tool Shop, Warehouse Rd (FR 337), 41.5347, -78.9143.  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
