Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) provided interested offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (State System) to provide Online Proctoring Services.
The State System, acting as the Principal Procurement Agency, has partnered with OMNIA Partners Public Sector, Inc., a Delaware corporation (OMNIA Partners) to make a resultant contract (also known as the Master Agreement in materials distributed by OMNIA Partners) from this solicitation available to other public agencies nationally.
This RFP is expected to result in multiple participation award contracts. Successful placement on the award list provides awardees with the ability to provide the services on an as-needed basis.
