PROJECT NUMBER: DGS C-0406-0062 Phase 1
PROJECT TITLE: PennWest Edinboro – Feasibility Study for the Consolidation of Activities into McComb Fieldhouse
PROJECT LOCATION: 455 Scotland Road, Edinboro, PA 16412
This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to determine the feasibility of relocating all activities that are currently held in Zafirovski Recreation Center (ZRC), out of the facility and into the McComb Fieldhouse or other locations on campus, while maintaining NCAA and Title IX Compliance. The consultant is expected to gather information and review the programming of activities in the (ZRC) and develop a clear plan for moving all activities out of the ZRC. Determine if any space changes, alterations, additions, or replacements are needed at the McComb Fieldhouse or other locations. Develop options, with cost estimates and pros and cons for each option.

The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.
