General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. PLANS DEPOSIT: $50.00 per set payable to: COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA. Refundable upon return of plans and specifications in reusable condition (no marks allowed) as construction documents within 15 days after the bid opening date.
