Description:

The Department of Human Services Office of Children Youth and Family's needs a contractor or contractors to provide endodontic services to individuals residing at the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services facilities located in Loysville, Pittston, South Mountain, James Creek, Danville and Schwenksville Pennsylvania.
The selected Contractor shall perform all required endodontic services at their place of
business at the request of each facility’s medical department Facility Contract Monitor,
on an as needed basis.
