Description:
|
Perform scheduled and unscheduled veterinary services of horses for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) located in Hershey, PA.
Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than November 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Offerers must complete the cost matrix provided in its entirety and upload with bid submission. Worker Protection and Investment form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission.
Current certificate of insurance must be uploaded with bid submission listing PA State Police as certificate holder and containing language as additional insured.
Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania licensure must be uploaded with bid submission.
