Description:

This Invitation for Bid will cover all labor, equipment, and materials required to prepare the Site and conduct site characterization and potential remediation activities, including media sampling, monitoring well installation, excavation activities, groundwater treatment, transport and disposal of contaminated soil/water, restoration of the Site to original conditions, and providing Draft and Final Site Characterization and Remedial Action
Mandatory Site Visit: Potential bidders will attend a mandatory site visit on July 28, 2025, at 10:00am at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville PA 17003, Building 0-11. To RSVP for the site visit, email Pam Fessler (pfessler@pa.gov) no later than July 25, 2025 at 1200. Access to the facility will not be granted if the bidder is not on the RSVP list.
Completion Reports to DMVA and PADEP. These services shall be completed as outlined in the Project Statement.
