Description: The Department of Human Services (“Department”) is seeking a Contractor or Contractors to provide Outpatient, and Emergency Care Services, as defined in Section III.B, for the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services, North East Secure Treatment Unit (“NESTU”), located at 701 Sathers Drive, Pittston, Pennsylvania 18640.

The Department will award Contracts to all responsible and responsive bidders within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located within a 55-mile radius of the NESTU facility. Selected Contractors shall be equipped to facilitate all consumers of NESTU.
