Description:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry on behalf of the State Workers' Insurance Fund (SWIF) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure contractors to provide Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Agency requirements must be met and in compliance with all local, state and Federal laws and regulations.
The Commonwealth will award contracts to all responsible and responsive suppliers. Contracts will be three (3) years with two (2) one year renewal options.
Bidders will provide a price only on the territories where it will provide services. No work will be performed without the issuance of a Purchase Order. Contract quantities are estimates and will be increased or decreased based on need.
Any questions in reference to this IFB must be submitted individually and in writing via email by 2pm ET on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 to the L & I Central Procurement resource account - RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@pa.gov, with IFB 6100062471 - 12 SWIF Vocational Rehabilitation Services in the Subject Line. All questions and responses are considered an addendum to and part of this IFB. The Issuing Office shall not be bound by any verbal information, nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the IFB or formally issued by the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office does not consider questions to be a protest of the solicitation.
Only questions submitted via the L & I Central Resource Account will receive a response. Questions submitted to the issuing officer by email or telephone call will NOT receive a response.
