Our Agency invites you to bid on the enclosed Invitation for Ground Penetrating Radar System for the Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) Fort Indiantown Gap.
This Invitation for Bid is comprised of the following documents:
1. Invitation for Bid
2. Worker Protection
3. Contractor Information Sheet
4. Reciprocal Limitations
5. Ground Penetrating Radar System SOW
6. Ground Penetrating Radar System Price Sheet
7. Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you have read the documents listed above. The following documents need to be submitted electronically:
1. Invitation for Bid
2. Worker Protection
4. Contractor Information Sheet
5. Reciprocal Limitations
7. Change Flyers (if applicable)
Failure to complete and return these items may result in the rejection of your bid. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PA Supplier Portal no later than 10:00 AM on April 22, 2024. If a bid is not received by the bid opening date and time, the Department will not consider the bid for award.
Vendor is required to answer all attribute questions on IFB. Bids that are submitted without completed attributes will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

The items listed in this bid represent a specific requirement of the Department. No substitutions will be accepted for the make, model, manufacturer or specifications that are specified.
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in bids, and to accept or reject any part of any bid if the best interests of the Commonwealth are thereby served.
