This addendum 1 is to notify all bidders that the due date has changed.
This solicitation is for secure food pass wickets for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, SCI Frackville.

Please note there is a mandatory site visit to be held on April 16, 2024 @ 1000 prior to the bid opening. For security reasons, all parties attending the mandatory site visit must contact Shawn Kane, SCI Frackville Maintenance, 570-874-4516, ext. 2249 or email shakane@pa.gov, no later than 1200 hours on April 12, 2024 to pre-register to attend the site visit. No one will be allowed into facility who does not pre-register to attend.
All items will be delivered FOB Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.

ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB.
