Description:

Purpose: This request for proposals (RFP) provides information to enable potential Offerors to prepare and submit proposals for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's consideration.
4. Project Description. On behalf of the Commonwealth, the Office of Administration, Bureau of Employee Benefits (BEB), wishes to continue to provide Group Home and Auto Insurance as part of a robust Voluntary, Employee-paid Benefits Program that will attract and retain quality Commonwealth employees. Through this RFP, the Issuing Office is requesting proposals from Offerors which have the ability and expertise to provide Group Home and Auto Insurance Benefits as a Voluntary, Employee-paid Benefit available to approximately 75,000 Commonwealth employees, 350 Treasury Department employees, and 175 Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology employees eligible to participate.
