The Department of Health (“DOH”) is seeking to acquire and implement a vendor hosted web-based Vital Records Management solution and an online storefront solution. The DOH intends to award these services as two independent Lots with the issuance of this RFP. Lot 1 is the Vital Records Management solution and Lot 2 is the online storefront. Offerors shall respond separately to each of the Lots, but need not respond to both.
