The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Criminal Investigations is soliciting bids for the purchase of one (1) Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate Standard device and one (1) Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate Software Renewal. The vendor is expected to provide all items in accordance with the specifications as stated on the bid. Bidder may not substitute any of the materials identified in the specifications. Bid due date: MARCH 31, 2016 at 1:00PM. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS website to view any change notices to this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.
