Description: On behalf of the Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust (PTST) (Trust), PennDOT is seeking the services of a Business Manager to provide independent oversight of its financial activities and interests. The Business Manager will be independent of PennDOT and any parties with a direct interest in the Trust or its activities. The successful candidate must be willing, if necessary, to complete special projects as requested by the Trust Board. 

The Trust was created to administer PennDOT’s Logo Signing Program and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program. For more information on the creation of the Trust, please refer to the Trust Agreement which is located in the RFP Buyer Attachments. These programs provide a public service to travelers on PA highways and advertising opportunities for PA businesses.  The Trust’s responsibilities include administration, contracting, engineering, construction, maintenance, repairs and overall daily operation of the programs. The Trust is funded through fees collected from the participants in the programs.  Please visit the Trust's website for more general information on the services provided to the public.
