Description: The Bureau of Planning and Research is seeking a qualified Offeror to provide support for the PennDOT Connects initiative through the development and delivery of outreach sessions, training resources, and planning assistance to Pennsylvania municipalities.

The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. There is a DBE Goal of 5.14% established for this procurement.
