Description:
The Energy Programs Office (EPO) will be posting an RFP seeking services related to developing and implementing a clean energy financing program. The services will include providing guidance on what type of clean energy financing program to create, creating the specific financing products, implementing the products in the market, and managing and measuring implementation progress. Evaluation of the bidders will focus on experience in developing and implementing programs in other jurisdictions, successful penetration in specific energy markets, ability to attract additional capital into financing programs, and other specific capabilities related to mitigating climate change through clean energy financing.
