Description:
|
The CCCS is required pursuant to 4 Pa.C.S. 1101 et seq (Gaming Act). The Department is responsible for providing a system that is capable of the requirements of the Gaming Act to facilitate the auditing and security programs critical to the integrity of slot machine and video gaming terminal (VGT) gaming. Those requirements include, but are not limited to: supports up to the maximum number of slot machines and VGTs that could be permitted to be in operation; ability to verify software and detect fraud; allows for in-house and wide-area progressive slot machines and VGTs; and provides for redundancy.
