Description:

The Department of Health is seeking a SaaS solution to replace the current Laboratory Information Management System (PA-LIMS) with a modern system that meets the business needs of the Bureau of Laboratories (BOL), including all current manual and system interfaces, use of Health Level 7 (HL7) standard messaging, complete instrument interfacing, Electronic Test Order and Results (ETOR) environment and Laboratory Web Portal (LWP) configuration.
