Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of State seeks to replace the current information technology systems used in the Corporation Bureau and the Bureau of Charitable Organizations with a new system encompassing all functionality to satisfy the needs of both bureaus. This includes all online filing of documents for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements, business formation documents, certificates and trademark documents.
