As part of the MMIS 2020 Platform Project, the Department will procure a Program Integrity Management System to automate fraud, waste, and abuse workflow tracking activities; and a TPL module to identify third party resources to pay claims, and recover monies from health insurers, providers, estates, personal injury litigation and other settlements to comply with Department and Federal regulations.
