The State Employees' Retirement Board (SERB) is soliciting proposals for Ongoing Fiduciary Counsel to satisfy a need for ongoing fiduciary counsel legal services, who shall be charged with providing counsel to the SERB regarding matters relating to the Board members’ (both collectively and individually) fiduciary duties to the members of the State Employees’ Retirement System.
