Description:
DEP is seeking a contractor to assist with a detailed analysis of a greenhouse gas cap and trade regulation, that was included in a November 2018 petition to DEP, and its potential implementation, and providing comprehensive reports of the analysis. The analysis will be presented in two reports. The first report will be a Summary Report that includes overall potential structure and outcomes of the proposed greenhouse gas cap and trade program, including overall economy-wide impacts if adopted. A supplemental Sector Report will present detailed results of modeling and research including economic, environmental and social costs and benefits on the electricity, manufacturing, transportation, and the energy production and delivery sectors.
