Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole require a vendor or vendors offering gender-responsive programing to include cognitive-behavioral programs, intensive case management, and a robust referral system to provide a more holistic approach to assisting female reentrants in successful reentry. An RFP is being requested as an RFQ was done from the Reentry ITQ and there were no successful bidders. The Reentry ITQ is not sufficient to find vendors as this procurement is very specific in needs and areas/counties where service is needed/required.
