Description:  PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) is seeking a vendor to advance the understanding of its operational effectiveness and customer perception to enhance the overall Customer Experience.  The selected vendor will perform independent assessments of DVS’ business as compared to other states and private business, to get a clear understanding of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Through this procurement, DVS will enlist a third-party to analyze the current state of its customer service and provide DVS with recommendations for enhancements. The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business/Small Business (SDB/SB) program applies to this procurement.
