PennDOT Connects is a program to assist with the development of transportation proposals to be included on future Transportation Initiative Projects (TIP). PennDOT is seeking a qualified contractor to promote PennDOT Connects, train municipal governments, provide technical assistance and facilitate conferences.
This is a restricted solicitation under the Commonwealth's Training Services, Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), Contract #4400008567. Only those contractors qualified in the Municipal Training service category may submit a quote in response to this RFQ.
