Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (PaDOR) has launched its Revenue Modernization Program to improve and modernize its business processes and technology. Via this initiative, PaDOR seeks to improve its overall process efficiency, compliance enforcement, customer service, operational and IT flexibility, reporting, and data exchange capabilities.
As part of the Revenue Modernization Program, PaDOR is seeking to acquire and implement a new, commercial-off-the-shelf, system for personal income tax and the International Fuel Tax Agreement. The procurement may also include Inheritance Tax, Realty Transfer Tax, Property Tax Rent Rebate, and Liquid/Motor Fuels. This project represents an extremely important component of the overall program and is tasked with meeting several of its key objectives.
