Description:
PHMC was seeking a contractor to fabricate roadside and city markers, yokes, and posts as outlined in the attached scope of work. Solicitation #6100031293 was issued on 10/7/14. DGS delegation was never requested. This error was discovered when the Comptroller asked for the delegation agreement to be attached to the PO (4300447720). The PHMC employee managing the project is our unexpectedly on extended medical leave. PHMC respectfully requests delegation after the fact.
