PROJECT TITLE: Game Commission – Cranberry Glade Lake Dam – Rehabilitation & Infrastructure Improvements
PROJECT LOCATION: T802, State Game Lands 111, PA, 15424
This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to rehabilitating Cranberry Glade Lake Dam to comply with current PA DEP Safety standards. The design may include, but is not limited to, addressing inadequate spillway capacity, reconstructing the outfall structure, partial dredging of the basin, rebuilding the embankment with proper drainage features, and pedestrian trail access across the spillways and dam crest. The project scope also includes the replacement of the existing boat launch and dock, rehabilitation of the main parking area and parking area at the dam, construction of a new wildlife viewing platform, a new precast vault toilet, and new pedestrian trail.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $11,250,000.00.

The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. Refer to the project e-Builder solicitation folder for instructions regarding Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise participation.
The Goals for SDB participation: 14%
The Goals for VBE participation: 3%
