Description:
Plant mix asphalt product containing various percentages of 19mm RAP material for Beaver County. This procurement will include Department Force pickup of material, vendor delivery of materials, and vendor hauling of millings from various roadways in Beaver County. Under this procurement the awarded vendor will receive approximately 11,000 tons of RAP millings delivered to the vendor's plant nearest to the jobsite. All materials must be supplied by an approved source listed on PennDOT's Bulletin 41.
