Description:
The State Centers are in process of switching to Electronic Health Records. As part of this transition, we are looking to purchase automated medication dispensing machines to allow for reduction in medication dispensing errors, better accountability of medications and more efficient use of nursing staff time. Provision of automated medication dispensing machines to accommodate 532 unique medications at Ebensburg Center and 582 unique medications at Selinsgrove Center. Each machine will have integrated refrigeration and locking mechanisms. Each facility must also receive a bulk item storage locker. These machines must be able to interface with our pharmacy vendor.
