Description:
PennDOT Maintenance District 10-1, Armstrong County, is seeking to conduct a public solicitation for the procurement of 9.5mm and 25mm plant mix asphalt product. This agreement will include Department pickup of materials and vendor delivery of materials to various roadways within Armstrong County. All materials must be supplied by an approved source listed on PennDOT's Bulletin 41.
