Lewis will provide one field supervisor, one equipment operator, two boat operators, three field technicians, one skid loader, support trucks, two 12’-15’ workboats with motors, miscellaneous hand tools, one pressure washer, fuel, and PPE to support the collection of HPAI infected birds at the above refenced site. Lewis will deliver and spot a 20CY rolloff sealed container with a tarp and three rolloff liners and mulch bedding. The container will be double lined with rolloff liners. Lewis will utilize the workboats to collect the birds from around the site and transport to the rolloff using a skid loader. Once all the birds have been placed into the rolloff, Lewis will install another rolloff liner on top of the birds and cover the rolloff using a waterproof tarp. Upon completion of the scope of work, Lewis will doff PPE into 6mm contractor trash bags, double bag and tape closed. Equipment will be decontaminated using a pressure washer and sprayed with an approved USDA disinfection agent (Virkon) for disinfection of the equipment. Upon approval from the selected landfill, Lewis will re-mobilize a rolloff truck and driver to the site and transport the container to the landfill. Once the rolloff has been dumped, the driver will disinfect the rolloff using Virkon.
