The Bureau of Child Support Enforcement seeks to join the FIDM Alliance, a multi-state consortium for financial institution (FI) data exchange information for the federally mandated Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) program. The FIDM Alliance provides cost savings for 19 states by combining resources and buying power to procure a data exchange contractor. Michigan is the lead-state for the FIDM Alliance. As the lead-state, Michigan completed a rigorous Request for Proposal (RFP) process to determine that Informatix, Inc. offered the best value for data processing and extract services. Informatix, Inc. currently provides data matching services with in-state financial institutions for the Pennsylvania Financial Institution Data Match (PA FIDM) Program. Informatix, Inc. matches financial assets of obligors owing overdue child support with member states, thereby increasing the probability of finding and seizing assets in other in-state financial institutions. Informatix, Inc. monitors new financial institutions, mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. Informatix, Inc. insures match specifications comply with the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement’s requirements and implements updates as needed.
