The Department of Health is requesting a Sole Source Approval to enter into an IT Services ITQ Contract Purchase Order with CentreLearn Solutions, LLC (CentreLearn) as a vendor until such time as the Enterprise LMS is available and meets the needs of DOH’s LMS customers, including external customers. The LMS is a web-based delivery system of educational programs and information-sharing related to public health and emergency preparedness. This contractual agreement will support the Department's commitment to a prepared workforce. A prepared workforce is an essential component in strengthening the Commonwealth's public health system and for enhancing our ability to respond to incidents of bioterrorism, outbreaks of infectious disease, and other public health threats and emergencies. The current contract with CentreLearn was procured through an IT Services ITQ Contract Sole Source via a purchase order. Due to current integrations, interfaces and upgrades, CentreLearn is the logical contractor with the knowledge, experience, expertise and with a cost benefit to the Commonwealth to provide and continue these services.
