Description: West Chester University is seeking a General Construction Contractor for the following scope of work for the Schmucker Science Center South building.  Removing and replacing existing tapered insulation and a fully adhered EPDM roof system on three roof areas, and associated work. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the providing of all labor,
superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment; and, performing all work necessary to complete the preparation and/or removal of the existing EPDM roofs and the installation of new fully adhered .090” thick EPDM membrane roof systems to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of, the Professional, West Chester University, and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
