Description: Unit-priced work order contract for construction, against which individual
work orders will be issued.

West Chester University is soliciting contractors to provide repairs, maintenance and renovation projects between $25,000.00 and $475,000.00 on an as needed basis.  To accomplish this, contractors must bid unit prices that include hourly labor rates, % markups on materials, and subcontracts, and equipment rental.  Hourly labor rates shall include all overhead and profit.  If a contractor is selected, a Standard Work Order Contract (2018K112) will be issued, all standard terms and conditions will apply and are not negotiable.  It is anticipated that multiple contracts will be issued.  Once a contract is accepted and signed by all parties, the University may issue Individual Work Orders (IWOs) for projects on an as needed basis.
