Shippensburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education is seeking proposals from companies interested in providing a dining service program that is student-centered, with quality and value as its foundational hallmarks. Offerors are encouraged to download bidding documents. Shippensburg University encourages responses from small, minority, and women-owned firms as well as firms which have not previously performed work for the State System.
Management of Dining Services Operations includes providing year-round management of food and beverage services for the University’s day-to-day Residential Dining, Retail Dining and Catering including, but not limited to pre-semester athletic, student leader, and band meals at the University’s campus in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
A MANDATORY Pre-proposal meeting, with site visit to follow, will be held on September 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM, EDT at Shippensburg University in the Ceddia Union building (CUB) conference room 121 located in Shippensburg, PA 17257. In view of the limited facilities available for the conference, it is requested that representation be limited to four (4) individuals per offeror.

Proposals WILL NOT be submitted electronically through the eProcurement website. Hard copies will be mailed to the University. See details in Section I.V of the RFP for Instructions for Proposal Preparation. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM, EDT on October 30, 2019.
The Bid package is available at https://passhe.procureware.com/home. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange located at https://passhe.procureware.com/home.
Registration is a free process that takes only a few minutes. Once registered, bidders may obtain all solicitation documents, receive notification of solicitation updates, and submit and update their confidential bids online. PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange provides bid privacy, security and supplier confidentiality, while streamlining the overall procurement process. Although all solicitations are available for public viewing, interested suppliers need to register to be able to submit a bid.
