INVITATION TO BID – SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY
SU-2016/3: Grove Hall Data Center
Shippensburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General, HVAC and
Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of removal of existing ceilings, walls, sink, and doors, existing ductwork, existing lighting fixtures, and receptacles. Furnishing and installing new doors, equipment yard screen wall, site grading, painting, in-row coolers, ductwork, split-system air-conditioning unit, condensing units, concrete pads, piping, unit controls, panelboards, transformer, emergency generator, lighting fixtures, receptacles, wiring, conduit and other equipment shown on the contract drawings.
Work shall be accomplished by multiple prime contractors, and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the Shippensburg University.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on April 25, 2017 through PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange located at https://passhe.procureware.com.
The Bid package is available at https://passhe.procureware.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange located at https://passhe.procureware.com.
