Description:

Assist the Commission with virtual public engagement services supporting total reconstruction, bridge and interchange projects on the Turnpike systemwide that may include, but not necessarily be limited to:
- Virtual Public Meeting Room/Platforms and Presentations.
- Project Renderings and Video Development/Editing.
- Dynamic online surveys to collect stakeholder input.
- Coordination with project team to ensure entire audience is reached across all mediums.
- Mapping and GIS integrations.
- Quality Assurance of existing project websites to maintain accuracy.
Our primary objective with this RFP is to effectively partner with a proposer to develop and implement an integrated strategic virtual engagement service platform that is accessible, inclusive, and meaningful. The virtual platform would be intended to replace the traditional in-person open house plans display method for total reconstruction, bridge and interchange projects. Other highway projects may be considered as needed.
Services may include professional advertising, public relations, graphic design, video creation and editing and overall communications strategies.
