Description:

DHS, together with the Governor’s Office of Administration’s (“GOA”) Health and Human Services Delivery Center (“HHSDC”), is seeking proposals from Offerors for the provision of comprehensive Business Planning Services ("BPS") to support the range of activities within the Information Technology (“IT”) program and project delivery process for DHS. These services include:
• Business strategy and planning;
• Business support;
• Implementation support;
• Business architecture; and,
• Business IT application support.
The scope of work in this RFP is partitioned into two Lots: 1) Business Planning and Business Architecture Services for program offices responsible for Eligibility and Enrollment, Child Welfare, Child Care and Early Learning, and MA Waiver Populations; and 2) Business Planning and Business Architecture Services for the program office responsible for Child Support Enforcement.
