Description: The Pennsylvania Department of Human Service’s (“Department” or “DHS”) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) to gather input and information concerning the development and implementation of a Hearings and Appeals Case Management Solution.  In issuing this RFI, DHS is seeking information to improve its understanding of technology options that meet state and federal requirements and support DHS’s hearings and appeals program. Through this RFI, the Department hopes to become aware of and knowledgeable about current solutions that are available to support its requirements and encourages vendors and other interested parties to provide feedback in response to this RFI.  A vendor may respond to all or any of the specific questions or topics contained in this RFI.
