Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) seeks bids from qualified Prime Contract Bidders to construct the above named project. The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of renovating existing vacant storage space into a mechanical/electrical training classroom. Work will include selective demolition, new drywall partitions, two (2) new multi-fixture restrooms, concrete slab trenching, patching and finishings, new acoustic tile ceilings and paint. New power and compressed air distribution will be installed to serve the new program. Existing mechanical equipment and controls will be reconfigured to accommodate the new layout. Existing fire protection system will be modified to accommodate the new ceiling height.
