Description: The DHS Office of Income Maintenance’s Bureau of Child Support Enforcement is seeking an Applicant to administer and expand the New Employment Opportunities for Non-Custodial Parents (“NEON”) Program.  Currently, the program is offered in Philadelphia, Allegheny, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Chester, and Dauphin counties.  The Applicant must be able to continue to offer services to underemployed noncustodial parents in the existing counties and is encouraged to expand the NEON program to more Pennsylvania counties.
